Embrace the uncertainty. Be like water. Liberate the mind from the struggle for control in a universe of chaos. Peace is present if you want it. Love is eternal. All is internal and always.

Stealing life from alcohol. Taking back time and money from addiction. It once seemed impossible.

Life without #alcohol. Initially a scary thought. But a Life without total escapism is the path to #connection.

I know it's hard. I know the weight of life. I've battled through the storm of chaotic thinking. The hurricane of uncertainty. The ceaseless negative chatter. The inner monologue that diminishes self-respect. The warzone that rages inside the mind. Destroying hope. Seizing positivity. Strangling decisiveness.

Searching for peace in a world of chaos is a futile search. Peace comes from within and pours outwards.
